The Kano State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, today Sunday visited his hometown Garo in Kabo Local Government Area to condole and sympathize with families and friends who recently lost their loved ones.
In Garo town, the Deputy Governor paid a condolence visit to the family of Alhaji Auwalu Usaini Garo, a former Chairman of the Community Reorientation Council (CRC) in Kabo LGA, following the death of his 12-year-old son, Aliyu (Haidar), who died in a road accident last Sunday.
He also visited the family of late Malam Rabo Shafiu Kofar Fada, father of Isyaku Rabiu, a classmate of the Deputy Governor. Malam Rabo Shafi’u passed away last Saturday at the age of 80 years after a prolonged illness and is survived by his wife, eight children and many l grandchildren.
Similarly, the Deputy Governor visited Kabo town to condole with the family of late Alhaji Garba Zangon Kabo, who died last Wednesday at the age of 87 years.
The late Alhaji Garba Zangon Kabo is survived by ten (10)children and many grandchildren. Among his children are Hon. Ibrahim Zango, S.A to the Chairman of Kabo Local Government council and Dr. Mansur Zango, a medical doctor.
The Deputy Governor also paid a condolence visit to the family of late Hajiya Sa’adatu Muhammad in Dakata Kawaji quarters in Nasarawa Local Government Area. Hajiya Sa’adatu passed away yesterday night (Saturday )at the age of 65 years and is survived by ten (10) children, including Alhaji Usman EFCC who is a friend of the Deputy Governor.
During the visits, the Deputy Governor prayed for the repose of the deceased and Almighty Allah to grant them Jannatul Firdaus and give their families the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. Lurwanu Idris Malikawa Garu, Public Relation Officer, Deputy Governor’s Office.
