A double wedding ceremony was held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Masjid Anas Bin Malik in Sheka Achilafiya, bringing together families, friends, and well-wishers to witness the occasion.
The event featured the marriage of Aliyu Abdullahi Idris, popularly known as “Butter,” to Hauwa U. Abdullahi Alhassan. On the same day, Khadija Abdullahi Idris was also joined in matrimony with Usman Ismail.
Speaking after the ceremony, Abdullahi Idris expressed gratitude to God for the successful conduct of the event and appreciated all those who attended to celebrate with the family.
The Chief Imam of the mosque, Malam Ibrahim, officiated the marriages and advised the couples on the importance of patience, mutual understanding, and respect in married life.
